WHEN YOU WERE SMALL
3w, 2m, 1nb
When high-schooler Christie survives three days lost alone in the Kentucky woods, the locals believe she’s been blessed by God. People flock to the park to pray while the Park Rangers, who saved Christie’s life, struggle with their own ghosts. There's bound to be a fine line between being blessed and being haunted. 2023 New Voices at Playwrights Horizons, directed by Ryan Dobrin, 2024 O'Neill semi-finalist.

Two college students on their way to becoming doctors in a cut-throat system are willing to do anything and everything to make their way to the slippery top, while trying to survive their friendship amidst a torrential love triangle. A story of the world's most famous medical textbook, referred to today as the doctor's bible. Gentle eyes and cold bones. Recipient of the EST/Alfred P. Sloan Foundation commission.

SALTY
4w, 3m (gender flex casting)
When some queer little penguins try to raise an egg together at one of the last remaining conservation zoos, the spectacle draws in good business but a lot of hate. At a time when all of the other animals have stopped procreating, there's this one cracked egg that defies all odds and there's also this murderous fox who's old habits die even harder.

An egg sitting on a melting iceberg..jp

NUMBSKULL

NUMBSKULL
(work-in-progress)

Josiah is a musician with brain swelling and dozens of doctors who can't quite decide why a tick bite would cause someone to pass out so often. Exhausting every treatment and medical test possible, his final option is a surgery that would remove part of his temporal lobe, potentially keeping him from counting a simple measure or something so much worse. Sorry, this is non-starter for Josiah. If he can’t play his trumpet, he's out.

Part medical thriller. Part queer love, baby. Cue: howling at the moon. Cue: mishapen families and opera and tiny little bugs that won't stop crawling on his skin.

As for his brain? The human skull is full of holes. Give or take eighty-seven. Honestly at that point who's counting?

What's one more?
